By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any services or products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

All services are by appointment only. You can book online or by contacting Harmony directly. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you're running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you—but your service may need to be adjusted to stay on schedule.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

​

Life happens—but out of respect for my time and other clients:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Frequent no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited booking availability.

​

3. Payments

​

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (e.g., Venmo, Zelle) unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

4. Pricing

​

All pricing listed on the website or discussed during consultations is subject to change based on service time, product usage, and individual hair needs. Custom services may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before the service begins.

5. Refund Policy

​

Due to the nature of the services, no refunds are offered. However, your satisfaction is important to me—if you have any concerns with your hair after your appointment, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a follow-up or adjustment.

6. Health & Safety

​

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of everyone, I maintain a clean, sanitized space and follow state and local health guidelines.

7. Site Use & Content

All images, text, and content on this site are the property of Hair by Harm and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

​

Your personal information will never be sold or shared. Contact details provided for appointments or inquiries are used solely to manage bookings and communicate with you.

9. Changes to Terms

​

Hair by Harm reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
